DJ NgaiNgai is originally from New York and came to Tokyo in 2006. He started playing at small events around Shibuya and in 2007, he landed his first residency at Roppongi’s notorious after-hours club, Odeon. After a successful run, he left Odeon in 2009 to go freelance. DJ NgaiNgai believes that by bringing different types of music together, you can bring different types of people together. He mixes between hip-hop, house, reggae, pop, rock, and jazz with a high-energy performance style. He continues to perform at ageHa, Warehouse702, Desert Rose and other clubs all around Tokyo.
